  • Soft and generous with aromatics of pencil shavings, green herbs, bell pepper, cinnamon, and pimento. The palate shifts gears, offering sophisticated layers of roasted apple, grilled mango, and pineapple with a silky and herbaceous mid-palate that calls to mind tacos al pastor.
