  • Maestro Mezcalero Vicente Sánchez Parada

  • Distilled from 100% Cuishe (Agave karwinskii)

  • Agave cooked in a conical earthen pit

  • Milled using a traditional stone tahona

  • Fermented in open-air wooden vats (tinas)

  • Distilled twice using traditional wood-fired copper pot stills

  • Tomatillo, ginger, fresh hay, and orange zest dance on the palate, followed by a delicate note of honeydew

  • 48.3% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)

The light-on-its-feet character of this mezcal belies the feisty Cuishe (Agave karwinskii) from which it was made. An unusually bright and refreshing expression amongst the often-brooding distillates seen from the Sanchez Parada brothers.
