A Blend of Straight Bourbons from Indiana, New York, Mississippi, West Virginia & Wisconsin

Great bourbon comes from all across the United States. This special release, the second edition of our flagship bourbon, proves it. It brings together states and distilleries that have never been blended before, creating entirely new flavors that show the depth and breadth of what bourbon can be.

This is a blend of straight bourbons from five distilleries from the eastern half of the United States, ranging from cooler northern climates to the hot, humid Deep South. It has notes of baking spice, dark chocolate, and dried fruits on the nose, with a rich, creamy palate with powerful spice and oak.

• Starlight: 60% corn, 20% malted barley, 10% rye, and 10% wheat

• Kings County Distillery: 80% New York-grown corn, 20% malted barley

• Rich Grain: Marriage of standard (66% corn, 17% rye, 17% malted barley) and wheated (66% corn, 17% wheat, 17% malted barley)

• Smooth Ambler: 57% corn, 36% rye, 7% malted barley

• Wollersheim: 75% corn, 10% wheat, 15% malted barley
