New Southern Revival Rye - Finished in Tawny Port Casks - From High Wire Distilling in Charleston, SC

This expression starts with High Wire’s 100% raw Abruzzi rye whiskey, initially aged for 18 months in a new oak cask and then finished for an additional 6 months in freshly dumped Tawny Port barrels. The result is a complex spirit heralding notes of florals, fruitcake, ripe cherry, rye spice, and antique wood with a long finish. A staff favorite!
