It features High Wire’s trademark Jimmy red corn, which is smoked at the Benton farm, the same farm that makes the famous ultra-smokey bacon. But here they smoke the corn that goes into the 100% red corn mash bill bourbon produced by High Wire. Lovers of smokey whisky tend to love this — the smoke on it is NOT SUBTLE, ha. It is truly unique, and often only available at the distillery for purchase.
