A blend of Straight Rye Whiskeys

We are enormous fans of the High West distillery and their incredible whiskeys, and it has been particularly exciting watching as they continue to grow and incorporate more of their own distillates (distilled in Utah) into their products. Their “Double Rye” whiskey has long been a blend of whiskey they make in-house at their distilleries in Park City and Wanship, Utah, combined with whiskey they source (presumably from the legendary MGP distillery in Indiana). The result is exceptional and particularly spicy, highlighting their particular blending talents.
