No age statement on the label (But we’re told it was aged at least 6 years)

“Full Proof” - 59.5% abv / 119 proof (in other words, close to cask strength, but diluted slightly so they don’t have to submit TTB labels for approval for each barrel)

This is part of the first wave of single barrels to launch their single barrel program, and our understanding is there were very few single barrels made available for the launch. We picked this barrel at the distillery in Western Kentucky and we selected it because It has wonderful minty/eucalyptus notes going into the finish. Damn fine bourbon. The barrel yielded 156 bottles.  We're confirming, but we believe the mashbill is 70% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Malted Barley).
