Calio Rum (aged and unaged)

UNAGED CALIO RUM: 45% abv

Calio Rum is a pot distilled clear rum made from Louisiana molasses. No sugar is added to Calio, in fermentation or after distillation. No coloring or flavoring is added. Calio has not been filtered; no flavor is removed.

BARREL-AGED CALIO RUM: 45% abv

We start with our new make Calio, which is brought to barreling strength then filled into barrels that were previously used for whiskey. We use a variety of barrel sizes and types.
No coloring, flavoring or additives. Just pure rum flavor, enhanced by barred aging and blending. Perfect for sipping, amazing mixed. Deep molasses flavor, true Louisiana terroir.
Our current release is a two year old rum. It’s warm and tasty, with a nice balance of oak adding to the complexity.
