This is a Drammers Club private single cask of Paul John Indian Single Malt, selected by the US members of Drammers Club, cask #5882, peated, filled in February 2015, bottled in late 2020, and significantly it was both matured in a 2nd fill barrel — unlike most Paul John releases which are matured in first-fill barrels — and more importantly it was matured in Paul John’s famous underground warehouse. The distillery is located in Goa, where they experience a very high angel’s share and a very fast rate of maturation.
