A note from Drammers Club: We're very excited about this very special bottling, a 20 year old single malt scotch “distilled in Sutherland” at one of our favorite Scottish distilleries (Clynelish, though they couldn’t say so on the bottle). Note that this expression does NOT have a particularly strong “waxy” note, which Clynelish is sometimes known for, and we are actually excited to show off a bottling that reflects the other trademark flavors of the distillery.  It was bottled by our friends Phil and Simon Thompson at Thompson Bros. Distillery who now release their products in the US as “Redacted Brothers”.  We initially split the cask so that half the bottles went to the US (which sold out) and half went to Europe, where a few bottles remain.
