COPPER AND KINGS: Apple-based Gin, Fully Matured in a Sherry Cask

We’re not sure we’ve ever before encountered a gin fully matured in a sherry cask, let alone at cask strength. This exclusive single cask tastes great both neat and in a cocktail. Selected by the head of Drammers Indianapolis Sean Crain and Drammers president Charlie Prince. Super excited for this bottle.

• Apple Gin leaning heavy on citrus notes during the distillation.  

• Barreled 6-11-18 (single barrel)

• Bottled first of October 2020 at cask strength of 52% abv.

• The barrel was a 250L Oloroso Sherry cask that Copper & Kings imported from Spain (Toneleria del Sur is the barrel maker)

• Gin spent its entire life in the barrel (a little confusing we know since the label says “finished”, but it was fully matured in this barrel)
